We are looking for a welder in Aars for MIG, MAG and MMA.

You land in a larger production environment where welding is part of a broader production. Work is done with insulation panels for, among other things, cooling, freezing, food and industrial construction. It gives a daily life where what you do has to fit into a finished product that is sent on to customers in several types of constructions.

The role is good for you if you can take responsibility for your own part of the work. You weld, perform post-work and ensure that the items are ready for the next step. A company car is part of the package. A driving license is a requirement.

Everyday: Welding, post-processing and quality assurance

Your everyday The day revolves around welding and following up on the parts that are ready in production. You work with MIG, MAG and MMA, and afterwards follow-up work and quality assurance. When something doesn\'t add up, you speak up in time so the next step doesn\'t have the trouble.

You will, among other things, work with

• Performs MAG, MIG and MMA welding
• Do post-processing on welded parts
• Quality assure parts before they move on
• Keep track of your own part of the work so production can continue

Here the tempo is tied to production, not to short construction site sprints. It suits you who show up steadily, take hold and deliver something that lasts.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes You don\'t need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand by what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a welder
• Have a driving license
• Can weld with MAG, MIG or MMA
• Are stable and show up as agreed
• Speak up if something doesn\'t add up

It helps if you have worked in production before. But the most important thing is that you can deliver proper work and take responsibility for your part.
