Syddjurs Housing and Activity Offer (SyBA) is seeking an engaged social and health care assistant for a permanent position in the Stuen ward as soon as possible .

You are robust and professionally curious. Our residents have very complex issues that require a highly specialized pedagogical approach. You are passionate about motivating, caring for, accommodating and stimulating people who are challenged, in collaboration with residents and colleagues.

Residents need help with personal hygiene, support, and a professionally warm heart in order to experience a meaningful everyday life based on their own life story, interests and network.

There are 8 residents in the department, which is part of the housing facility. The residents are in the age group 25 - 70 years.

Our professional approach to the residents

We work with a high degree of interdisciplinarity based on neuro-pedagogical thinking and methods from KRAP ( K ognitiv, R essource-focused, A nerkendende and P raksis), which is our shared professional approach to the residents.

You will become part of a strong professionally competent team with loyal and positive colleagues, a good working environment and opportunities for professional development.

There are the following professional groups employed in the department: pedagogues, social- and health care assistants, care assistants and nurses, a pedagogical professional consultant is also available.

We offer

An onboarding program with a series of introductory shifts, where you will become acquainted with the tasks in the department together with a permanent employee. You will be trained in health and pedagogical tasks by professionally responsible staff.

You will also be assigned a permanent employee who serves as your mentor and helps coordinate your start in the department in collaboration with you and the rest of the team. Your mentor will support your learning and well-being and offer conversations during the startup period as needed.

Working hours and employment

With us you are needed both day, evening and weekend. So you should see variable working hours and working every 3rd weekend as an advantage.

Starting 1 January 2027 or as soon as possible.

The position is 37 hours or according to agreement.

Salary and employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, and the position is covered by Ny Løn (New Pay).

It should be noted that a criminal background check will be obtained in the event of employment.
