About the position

We are seeking a nurse or social- and health care assistant for a permanent position in our communal living arrangement. The position is 32-37 hours per week with work every third weekend in day and evening shifts.

As a health-care professional you are both a professional, a sparring partner and an active part of the citizens' everyday life. You use your health-care knowledge in close interaction with a pedagogical approach, where the focus is on well-being, development and mastering everyday life.

About us

Svanepunktet is a residential community in Farum for 19 wonderful adult residents aged 26-84. All residents have cognitive challenges, and many have psychiatric comorbidities, which requires professionalism and collaboration.

Residents live in their own apartments and have, like everyone else, wishes, hopes and dreams for their lives, which we help to support.

At Svanepunktet we are with the residents in many of everyday activities. We support them in creating a good and meaningful life through guidance, relationship work, structure and training of everyday life skills. Personal care is largely handled by the municipal home care service, while our primary task is to support residents' well-being, health, independence and participation in their own lives.

Working hours are between 7:00 and 22:15, with the possibility of both short and long shifts.
