Nurse for Dagmargården - we are expanding

Dagmargården is expanding and is therefore seeking another colleague for our 4 nurses.

We are looking for an engaged nurse who wants to work close to practice with care tasks and be part of a strong, multidisciplinary professional team.

We offer a position of 30–37 hours per week with start as soon as possible or by 1 December 2026.

🏡 About Dagmargården

Dagmargården has 107 residential care places, distributed over 6 small multidisciplinary teams.

You will be part of a close collaboration with social care helpers (SOSU-hjælpere), SOSU assistants, nurses, therapists and cleaning staff, where together we create safe and meaningful everyday lives for our residents.

We work value-based in line with the new Elderly Care Act and based on the EDEN philosophy, where self-determination, quality of life and relationships are at the center. For us, residents' wishes and life history are the starting point for all care.

🌟 Your role as a nurse with us

• Nursing assessments, triage and coordination.
• Wound care, medication reviews, circulatory treatments, palliative care and investigations.
• Handover and delegation of nursing tasks.
• Collaboration with social- and health care assistants, helpers, therapists as well as residents and relatives.
• Participation in meetings, competence development and professional sparring.

• Has experience with nursing homes or geriatrics
• Thrives in multidisciplinary collaboration and actively contributes to the community
• Works in a structured way and has an overview
• Is professionally curious and wants to develop
• Creates present and trusting relationships with residents and relatives
• Works from a resident-centered approach
• Is confident in documentation and communication
