The Health and Care Placements at Nærsundhed Grenaa are placements which, as of January 1, 2027, will be established at Fuglsanggården in Grenaa due to the new Health Reform, where 70% of the municipality's short-term beds transfer to the region.

Become part of a new department in a multidisciplinary community

The Health and Care Placements at Nærsundhed Grenaa will offer citizens a safe and qualified pathway where health-care professional, rehabilitative and caring efforts go hand in hand. We work from a common ambition that citizens should experience training, treatment, care and support as a single initiative. We believe that the best results are created when all professional groups contribute to the rehabilitative effort and work toward common goals together with the citizen.

As a nurse you will therefore be a key person in the work to ensure professional quality, coordination and coherence in citizen pathways in close collaboration with therapists, social and health care assistants, social and health aids as well as other partners. You will also have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of work processes, culture and collaboration forms in a workplace that is being built.

We offer

  • An exciting workplace under development where you get the opportunity to influence the culture, processes and collaboration.
  • High professionalism, including competence development and strong cross-disciplinary collaboration
  • A workplace with a focus on well-being, collaboration and job satisfaction.
  • A workplace where the citizen's pathway is central
  • Close professional sparring with management. Colleagues and affiliated doctors from the Medical Department.

Your tasks

  • Perform, coordinate and develop nursing-related interventions
  • Conduct clinical assessments and observations
  • Medication management and follow-up on treatment
  • Contribute to rehabilitative pathways in close collaboration with therapists and care staff
  • Ensure coherence between training, treatment, care and support in citizens' pathways
  • Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, relatives and other partners
  • Contribute to professional development and quality assurance

We are looking for you who

  • Are a licensed nurse
  • Want to be part of a workplace in community-based health
  • Thrive with both independent work and multidisciplinary collaboration
  • See value in rehabilitation and holistic citizen pathways
  • Are curious about new areas of work and systems
  • Have good collaboration and communication skills
  • Wish to contribute to a culture characterized by professionalism, development and compassion
