You now have a unique opportunity to become part of our new health and care places (SOP places) in Odsherred Municipality.

From January 1, 2027, SOP places will be established as part of the health reform. We are therefore seeking engaged nurses who want to be with us from the start and put their mark on a new and exciting offer to the citizens.

Where your professional expertise makes a difference every day

On the SOP places you will meet citizens with complex health care needs that are too extensive to be managed in their own home but do not require hospital admission.

You will become a key person in the citizens' trajectories and have the opportunity to work with:

• Clinical assessments and observations
• Early detection and management of changes in citizens' condition
• Acute and complex nursing issues
• Coordination of interdisciplinary efforts
• Rehabilitation and holistic care

With us you are allowed to use your full nursing professionalism and make independent professional decisions in a daily life where your contribution has great impact.

The special thing about SOP places is that it is a new health service that we will run on behalf of the region according to a new national quality standard ( link ). Thus, this is a service that must be created and developed in close collaboration with the region and Holbæk Hospital.

We are therefore seeking nurses who want to think innovatively, take responsibility and contribute ideas as we develop workflows, collaboration forms and professional standards.
