Do you want to lead complex core systems transformations, be the client's close sparring partner, and develop both expertise and colleagues along the way?

As a Manager in PwC Consulting's Digital Business Core team, you will be responsible for driving projects and sub-projects at some of Denmark's largest companies. You are the one who translates strategic ambitions into a plan that can be implemented – one that maintains direction, quality, and momentum.

You combine solid experience with core systems and business processes with strong project management skills and a desire to grow in a role with responsibility across customers, deliverables, and people.

We advise on business-critical core systems such as ERP and help clients build a digital foundation by connecting strategy, processes, organization, data, AI and technology, so that business value remains through the entire transformation.

Through our collaboration and dialogue with, among others, SAP and Microsoft, you will gain access to relevant platform perspectives and a strong foundation to develop opportunities together with customers, alliances and colleagues across PwC – both in Denmark and internationally.

Drive delivery, and develop the team

You will be responsible for planning and executing deliveries together with your team – and you will be close to the client every step of the way. You will collaborate daily with the client's project management, business, IT organization and system suppliers, and with colleagues across PwC in areas such as finance, supply chain, change management, data, AI and technology. Depending on the project, you will, among other things, be responsible for:

• advising on system and vendor selections as well as design, implementation and go-live processes
• leading projects with responsibility for plan, progress and quality, as the daily sparring partner for the client's project management, business, IT organization and system vendors
• translating business needs into requirements, solution design and decision briefs for steering committees and management
• mapping and designing end-to-end processes with a focus on standardization, efficiency and business value
• contributing to proposals and sales dialogues and identifying new opportunities with the clients you work with.

Are you ready to lead complex transformation projects?

We expect you to have a minimum of 5 years of experience from the consulting industry or from an internal role with core systems, ERP, digitalization or transformation projects. In addition, we value that you:

• have experience in driving projects from plan to delivery
• have professional grounding in finance, logistics, supply chain, production or a related area and understand the interplay between business and technology across the value chain
• have experience with larger ERP platforms such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365
• can create an overview when many stakeholders are involved, and communicate difficult messages clearly and credibly
• want to participate in driving sales activities and proposal processes as well as developing client relationships and business
• are motivated by developing and coaching colleagues and contributing to their professional development

You do not need to be a specialist in every part of the ERP landscape, but an overall end-to-end understanding of ERP would be an advantage. We are seeking a capable consultant and project manager who can assemble the right competencies, build trust with the client, and make complex engagements succeed.
