Teacher

Hjembæk Efterskole is seeking a teacher from January 1st or as soon as possible. You must have competencies as a teacher at FP level. It is an advantage that you know and thrive within the boarding school’s framework and working conditions. You are passionate about the development of the students, and about giving young people with reading and spelling difficulties a solid foundation to move on to upper secondary education.

We are seeking a teacher

• who will actively participate in the school’s boarding-school supervision and activities
• who focuses on each individual pupil's development potential
• with strong relationship skills, both with students, parents and colleagues
• who takes initiative and responsibility, and who sees opportunities rather than limitations.
