We are currently seeking a teacher for a permanent full-time position in the subjects informatics and IT or alternatively mathematics.

Who are we?

NEXT Vestskoven Gymnasium has 1000 students and is sought after by more students than we have space for. We are a strongly locally rooted and community-oriented gymnasium offering STX, HTX, HHX and HF. We are working to also obtain the opportunity to establish EPX in the future.

Our students are at the center, and we want everyone to be challenged and encouraged to realize their full potential. We work purposefully with completion for all students and with high quality and presence in teaching, so that all students raise themselves academically. Everyday life is characterized by many smiles and a strong sense of community. Teaching takes place in an open learning environment where we collaborate and help each other.

We are based in our newly built gymnasium close to Albertslund station, where the surroundings provide good opportunities for the students' learning and well-being. Our new multi-hall will be inaugurated in the near future.

We are seeking profiles who

• have a relevant master's degree and preferably professional experience and teaching qualification (pædagogikum),
• can deliver teaching of high academic and pedagogical quality,
• have competence and desire to teach interdisciplinary and project-organized,
• are good at creating positive relationships and enjoy teaching young people and
• have a positive view of their work, colleagues and students and want to become part of a strong, engaged and development-oriented teaching group

Employment terms

It is a permanent full-time position. We hope you can start as soon as possible, as our current teacher has taken a position in the business sector.

Salary, pension and employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement between the Ministry of Taxation and Academics in the State or Teachers and Pedagogical Leaders at gymnasial schools etc.

If you do not have a teaching qualification, you must commence a pedagogical education program.
