Teacher in social studies at the daytime folk high school for seniors in the Copenhagen Municipality

The daytime college at the Peder Lykke Centre is seeking a teacher, and perhaps it is you.

We are looking for

We are seeking a part-time teacher for the subject social studies in two lessons per week from January 2027. Classes take place on Mondays from 10:00–11:40 – someone who especially has competencies to teach within the fields

• politics – covering political systems, ideologies, power relations and international organizations
• economy – focusing on the welfare state, the labor market, national economy and globalization.

Employment terms

The salary follows the Education Union's collective agreement. Currently 328.63 DKK per lesson plus 12.5% in holiday pay. This is a permanent appointment with two teaching hours per week. We will obtain references and a criminal background check in connection with the appointment. Start date 1 January 2027
