About the job

As a team leader in District Vesterparken you will have responsibility close to staff, citizens and operations. Therefore we would like to hear how you will create direction, overview and calm in a daily life with many tasks and different needs.

You report to the district leader and become part of a leadership team with shared responsibility for about 95 employees. Your primary people management includes 32-34 employees on day shift.

We imagine you have a relevant health-professional background and experience from home care, a nursing home or another complex citizen area.

Salary and employment

Salary is set on the basis of the current collective agreement and a concrete assessment of your education, your documented work experience and your professional and personal qualifications. Interviews

We hold the first interview on 9 November 2026 and the second interview on 26 November 2026. Candidates who progress to the second interview will, after agreement with the HR consultant, be provided with a profile analysis, which will be discussed on 16 November 2026.
