As Team Leader for TMS you will be the central, daily leader for a dedicated, smaller team that works with technical operation, maintenance and development of our property portfolios. You will become a key person in ensuring efficient operation, high customer satisfaction and a professional, sustainable development of properties. The possibilities are many, but you will among other things work with both operations advisory and optimization, budget and contract follow-up, maintenance planning and customer dialogues. Your daily life with us will be characterized by many different specialties, people and tasks.

Your primary areas of responsibility will include

• Daily management and motivation of your employees, with a focus on wellbeing, performance and quality
• Follow-up on key figures, results and KPIs in collaboration with your immediate manager
• Ongoing dialogue with customers, suppliers and partners across the portfolio
• Contribute to ongoing development and optimization of the TMS area, including processes and internal workflows

About you

We are looking for an operations- and results-oriented leader, who is motivated by creating progress and developing both people and processes. You are engaging and positive in your leadership, and at the same time you manage to keep an overview and see things through – even when the pace is high and changes happen quickly. You take responsibility for your tasks and make decisions independently, with a view to being responsive and open to your team.

In addition, we imagine that you have

• Experience as a leader – preferably within technical operations, property management, facility management or similar
• A technical or real estate background, or other relevant experience
• Good business understanding and ability to balance quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction
• A natural interest in developing and supporting both processes and a strong collaboration – also across departments

It is important that you master English – and Danish – at a high written and spoken level, as we have international customers.
