Team Leader Housekeeping

We are looking for a committed and responsible employee for cleaning and preparing rooms. The position is 25 hours per week, and the job includes weekend shifts every other weekend.

Your duties

• Cleaning and preparation of team rooms.
• Ensure that all rooms meet our high quality standards.
• Maintain attention to detail and ensure that nothing is overlooked.
• Contribute to good collaboration and a positive daily life in the team.
• Take joint responsibility to ensure that the department's standards and workflows are followed.

A role with extra responsibility

Every 4th weekend you will function as team leader. This means that you will have a special responsibility to coordinate the work, support your colleagues and ensure that the tasks are solved with the quality and thoroughness we expect.

As team leader it is important that you lead by example and are a good role model – both in your own department and in cooperation with the rest of the management team and the rest of the house.

• Are quality-conscious and understand the importance of maintaining a high standard.
• Are responsible, stable and can work independently.
• Are a good colleague who contributes positively to the community.
• Have the desire and ability to take responsibility and lead by example when you function as team leader.
• Can understand and speak Danish and/or English.
• Have a driver's license and access to a car
