Team Leader - Family Treatment and Supportive Interventions

You will become a team leader for family therapists who work with interventions for vulnerable children, youths and families. As a leader your task, in close collaboration with team leaders with authority responsibility, is to set the framework and ensure that the area is run and developed in collaboration with employees who are passionate about the core task. You will be part of the Children and Youth Department, where we have authority and execution areas under joint leadership.

You will have responsibility for and the opportunity to put your mark on our Family House both in spirit and in the interior. The focus for the leader is to further develop the solid foundation we have in our cross-cutting teams, to practice professional everyday leadership and to ensure the intentions in the Child's Act, including child involvement.

Your main tasks

• Professional leadership of about 15 family therapists (organized in 3 teams across the department), ensuring solutions that help children and youths who need support individually or in group offerings
• Responsible for and influence on further development of initiatives within supportive interventions (e.g. age-oriented on the small children or youth area, in relation to diagnoses or changes/new needs among children, youths and families)
• Ensure that the department continues to be a good workplace, characterized by a trusting and safe working community with high professionalism
• Leadership responsibility for our Family House, so users experience it as welcoming – both citizens and employees
• Ensure holistic and strategic development of the Children and Youth Department, with a focus on synergy from your professional perspective, in collaboration with manager colleagues and employees

You will be part of a well-functioning leadership team in the Children and Youth Department, with close collaboration and sparring. You will have good opportunities to influence the development of the overall area, for instance in relation to cross-cutting group programs and interventions for children, youths and families.

We expect that you have a social, health, pedagogical or psychological basic education as well as a family therapy postgraduate qualification. We would like you to have practical leadership experience.

Salary and terms of employment are set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. In addition, qualification and function supplements may be agreed. The expected total salary is in the range of DKK 50,000–54,000 per month excluding pension, depending on experience, competencies, education and collective agreement.

The position is 37 hours per week with employment from January 1, 2027.
