As our new Tech Lead you will take the lead in the continued development of our internal reporting and ERP system, SAILS. This system is the heart of our business and is developed as a web application based on the Vue.js framework and an API that uses the Ruby on Rails framework.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include

• Architectural design and system design
• Development of both front-end and back-end solutions
• Quality assurance and testing of new functionality
• Optimization and server maintenance
• Management of deployment processes
• Further development of the system's current capabilities and features

Your profile

• Technical proficiency with solid experience in web development.
• You may have a background as computer scientist, programmer, engineer, data technician, or even auditor. The essential is your strong programming experience.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails (RoR), REST API, JavaScript or Vue is a clear advantage.
• An enthusiastic problem solver with the ability to innovate and improve existing solutions.
• Independence and the ability to work in cross-functional teams, where strong communication skills are essential.

Important: To be considered for the job, you must have worked at a company as a developer for a minimum of 5 years and can document professional experience with Ruby On Rails
