A well-established engineering and trading company in Esbjerg is looking for a technically skilled internal sales representative. You will become a central employee in the sales department, where you advise on specialized industrial tools, calculate offers and provide strong technical customer service in a casual environment with freedom under responsibility. ...

your tasks

-Your daily routine includes, among other things, calculating offers for hydraulic and electrical clamping tools and performing risk assessments and following the tasks through to completion in the ERP system. In addition, you will identify technical customer needs via phone and email and ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.

You will also have close collaboration with the purchasing department when you need to obtain quotes from suppliers and reconcile deliveries. An important part of the role is also to handle ongoing customer care and spar with the external salespeople and production internally about the best technical solutions.

your profile and toolbox

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience from an industrial company and experience with technical sales or customer service.
• Good communication skills in Danish and English in both written and spoken form.
• You thrive in an administrative key role, where you work thoroughly, structured and maintain the big overview. You have a natural technical curiosity, dare to ask questions and take pride in delivering good customer service. The most important is your desire to get to know the products.
