ABC is a young company in rapid development, where we have grown from 2 to over 175 employees in 15 years and have won Børsen's Gazelle Prize for growth eight years in a row, 2015-2023. The development is felt especially in the Installation area, where we now need your help.

Due to our young age, we have big ambitions and not much 'this is how we usually do things' mentality. You will have an informal working environment and room to influence both your own and our development.

Your new home base

We are looking for an ambitious subject-matter leader who will play a central role in our new installation department in Silkeborg. You can look forward to exciting projects as well as close professional sparring and support from our established installation department in Glostrup. In just 1.5 years, the Glostrup department has grown to about 35 employees distributed over two MEK departments and one Electrical department. Here, large, complex, and installation-heavy projects within new construction, renovation and transformation are handled.

You will become our go-to technical specialist for HVAC

As a subject-matter leader you help set the technical direction and ensure progress on HVAC installation projects. You are, among other things, responsible for concept review and quality assurance, on both your own and others' projects.

You will often act as the responsible specialist/partial project leader for a team of HVAC engineers and designers/BIM drafters, and at the same time help ensure proactive interfaces with other disciplines, both internally in installations and with ABC's other departments.

In your daily work at ABC you will, among other things

• Be responsible for deliverables, both in quality and time, on various HVAC/VVS installation projects
• Participate in design/planning meetings together with project managers
• Continuously define and update the prerequisites for your projects
• Contribute to ABC Academy, our internal knowledge centre, by giving professional presentations for the installation group, and by preparing company standards, memos, spreadsheets, etc.
• Be an available sparring partner for your colleagues in the installation department

In addition, we would like you to have

• An installation-related education, e.g., as installer, engineer or designer
• At least 5 years of experience within the installation field - preferably from the consulting industry
• Understanding of regulations and guidelines, and in-depth knowledge of the construction industry
• Knowledge of relevant contract bases ABR89, AB92, ABR18, AB18, A113
• Understanding of our customers' needs, and a good sense of the commercial, with focus on profitability and development of the business
