Technical Project Manager

Multicut A/S is specialized in high-precision machined components and delivers to customers with exceptionally high demands for quality, documentation and delivery reliability. Among the customers are leading companies in, among others, the defense industry, where traceability, compliance and project discipline are essential.

We are now seeking a technical project manager who can ensure progress in complex customer projects and act as the liaison between the customer, production, quality, logistics and external subcontractors.

The role

As a technical project manager you will be responsible for driving a number of key projects with high complexity and extensive documentation requirements.

You must be able to understand the customers' technical requirements and engage in dialogue with the customers' technical organization, but your primary task will be to ensure progress, coordination, follow-up and delivery precision.

The position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, planning, coordination and close customer contact in an environment where failure is not an option.

Your responsibilities

Project management, coordination and planning

• Drive projects from order to delivery
• Prepare and maintain delivery schedules
• Ensure progress on open activities and actions
• Coordinate between production, quality, logistics and purchasing
• Manage and follow up on external subcontractors
• Identify and manage project risks

Technical sparring

• Get acquainted with the customers' specification requirements
• Participate in technical clarifications with customers and internal specialists
• Ensure correct understanding and implementation of customer requirements
• Act as a technical sparring partner for both customers and colleagues

Analysis and documentation

• Review and follow up on customer requirements and documentation packages
• Handling of export-related documentation
• Ensure traceability and required project documentation
• Contribute to analyses of deviations and risks

Quality

• Follow-up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
• Coordination of corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with customers' quality requirements

Customer meetings

• Prepare and participate in status meetings with customers – typically on Teams
• Present the status of deliveries, risks and progress
• Ensure clear communication between the customer and the organization

Your profile

We envision that you have a degree as production engineer, diploma engineer, mechanical engineer, production technologist, marine engineer or equivalent technical background

In addition, we would like you to

• Have experience from a manufacturing company with high quality requirements
• Have worked with project management or customer projects
• Be strong in planning and follow-up
• Have experience with documentation and quality processes
• Can communicate professionally with both customers and internal stakeholders
• Proficient in Danish and English at a high level

You work in a structured and persistent way and have an analytical and detail-oriented approach to your tasks. You are proactive and results-oriented and thrive on having several tasks in progress at the same time. At the same time you are good at following up, creating momentum and ensuring that tasks are solved efficiently. In dialogue with demanding customers you are professional and credible and manage to create good relationships through clear and constructive communication.
