Technically strong welder wanted for an exciting position near Hjallerup

As a welding robot operator you become part of production, where you will work with operation and setup of welding robots as well as manual welding.

Your primary tasks will include

• Operation and monitoring of welding robots
• Setting up and preparing workpieces for welding
• Manual welding as needed
• Inspection of welds and finished workpieces
• Adjustment and minor fault corrections on the robot and equipment
• Ongoing quality control
• Handling of materials and workpieces in production
• Contribute to a stable and efficient production

You will be trained in the company's robots and workflows, so it is not required that you have previous experience with welding robots. The most important is that you have practical experience with welding, technical understanding and a desire to learn .

Work takes place on the evening shift , where you will largely work independently with your tasks and at the same time be part of a production team.

Work tasks

• Program and operate Cloos welding robots
• Set correct welding parameters according to material thickness
• Troubleshoot at stops, alarms and deviations
• Ensure consistent quality and stable processes
• Daily operation and optimization of the welding robot

Professional qualifications It is expected that you are/have

• Solid experience as a metalworker or welder
• Advantage to have worked with welding robots, but not a requirement
• Technical interest and understanding
• The ability to read and understand technical drawings

Personal qualifications We would like you to be able to/are

• Independent in your work
• Structured
• Responsible
• Danish in speech and writing
