Telephone Appointment Scheduler Sought for Klinik Holmberg – Vordingborg

Do you enjoy talking to people – and do you have a good mood?

Klinik Holmberg is seeking a telephone appointment scheduler for our department in Vordingborg.

We are a modern dental clinic with locations in Vordingborg and Stege and 43 employees, of which 20 are clinicians. For us, high quality, good collaboration and excellent patient contact are in focus.

YOUR ROLE

Your primary task will be to contact patients by phone and invite them to dental check-ups and treatment.

You will also help with follow-up with patients and coordination of appointments in cooperation with the clinic's other staff.

WHO ARE YOU?

You do not need to have experience from a dental clinic. The most important is that you

• Are happy to talk to people
• Are welcoming, service-minded and empathetic
• Have good telephone contact
• Work in a structured way and can maintain an overview
• Can work independently and take responsibility
• Want to be part of a good team

Experience from e.g. customer service, call center, reception or booking is an advantage – but not a requirement.
