DELPRO A/S is a service and contracting company specializing in high-voltage installations and is thus a very important piece in the future sustainable society. DELPRO was founded in 2000 and has about 250 employees attached to six locations in Denmark and abroad. Especially in recent years there has been strong growth with many new hires and new business areas in Denmark and abroad. Tender Manager

who creates overview and quickly ensures bid data

As Tender Manager you will become a key person in DELPRO's bid and project organization and will be responsible for managing and coordinating the bid process from invitation to submitted bid. You ensure that the bids are well-developed, competitive, as well as technically and commercially robust. You report to the CSO and will have broad contact with customers, technicians, project managers, suppliers and subcontractors. The projects include high-voltage cables, substations, underground cabling, supply lines and larger energy developments across Denmark.

In daily work you perform go/no-go assessments of tenders, analyze tender material, tender conditions and contractual basis and consult broadly within the organization. You handle risk assessment and commercial quality assurance of bids, solicit and evaluate supplier and subcontractor bids and have dialogue with sales and customers about clarifications and negotiations in the bid phase. Won projects you hand over in a structured way to the project management, and you contribute to standardization and development of Best practices, processes and tools in the bids department.

Your profile

We expect that you have experience from bid work, estimation and/or project management within energy, high voltage or facilities. The most important is that you can create overview and direction for the bid team and at the same time have control of the details.

In the selection process, we will especially weigh

• Experience as Tender Manager, bid leader, estimator, bid engineer or project manager
• Good insight into energy, high voltage or facilities, preferably combined with practical on-site experience
• Insight into high-voltage cables (60–400 kV), cable and termination work, transformer stations and switchgear as well as earthworks and trenching contracts
• Relevant insight into construction contracts and procurement conditions and preferably AB18
• Experience in leading and coordinating bid processes across disciplines
• Strong analytical skills, business understanding and ability to quickly see the detail
• Experience with Kalkia, Excel or similar calculation tools
• A structured approach and ability to collaborate across disciplines
• Thrives in collaboration and has good communication skills.
