About the job and tasks

You will become part of Myrestuen in the toddler section of Børnehuset Spiloppen, where you, together with your colleagues, will create developmentally oriented play/learning environments, where attachment and relationships are the central element. We are indeed focused on how our interaction, organization and pedagogical actions create participation opportunities for all children.

With us you will be employed for both your professional expertise and the professional collaboration.

The position is 30-35 hours, depending on what we agree, and is available from December 1, 2026 - or thereafter.

• Are trained as a pedagogue (educator), and want to work with toddlers.
• Are attachment-loving, and work in a resource-oriented way with our children and families.
• Check in on the professional collaboration - and want to work across rooms - we highly prioritize that.
• Can create secure attachment, are present and able to provide guidance at the childreneye level and in eye-level with the children.
• Can and will work independently with smaller groups of children.
• See our parents as a resource, and value collaboration with them highly.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment according to the applicable collective agreement, with the possibility to negotiate qualification and job-based pay.

About us

Børnehuset Spiloppen is an integrated institution with four toddler groups and four kindergarten groups. We are part of Hedensted Børneunivers, and sit right in the middle of Hedensted town, with good opportunities in the local environment. We stand, among other things, on NPRP - neuropsychological relational pedagogy, and have a resource-oriented view of children. We focus on creating smaller child groups where all children have the opportunity to participate. We have our own production kitchen with a meal scheme - food education and processes around meals are a big part of our everyday.
