The dream job for the experienced pedagogical assistant - kindergarten in the city and the forest

Mariendal is a small homely city kindergarten/ nature kindergarten with its own nursery. We are located in a beautiful old villa on Dronning Olgas Vej in Frederiksberg.

We have gathered 25 wonderful children and three sweet and capable colleagues, and now we just need you on the team!

Our structure is 14 days in Svaneparken in Rude Forest and 14 days in the city, where we have workshop activities, time for play and trips out of the house.

We are looking for a pedagogical assistant for 37 hours per week starting on 1 December 2026.

In Mariendal there are good physical frameworks, fixed daily routines where play and time for immersion are given high priority, and where we are divided into smaller groups throughout the day.

We are a staff group that meets each other with smiles, curiosity and care. You can expect a high degree of responsibility and influence. The work community is strong and there is clarity around tasks and shared goals. Each week you have your own preparation time, but you also meet with colleagues for sparring about children and the development of our shared pedagogical practice.

Management is listening and close in daily life and as a new employee you will be very well welcomed by everyone. Before you start we will create a tailored onboarding program for you, to ensure you get the best possible start in Mariendal and quickly gain insight into our culture, pedagogy and practice.
