The Magnoliegården Treatment Facility is seeking temporary staff for our 24-hour units

Magnoliegården is a specialized in-patient treatment institution, where relational work is at the center. The institution consists of 3 24/7 departments and an internal school.

Magnoliegården is located in Stevns Municipality 9 kilometers south of Køge. At Magnoliegården we have good physical premises, where only imagination sets the limits for the pedagogical effort. We are situated in a scenic natural area with many opportunities, including for outdoor activities, both on site and in the local area.

The target group is potentially normally gifted children with severe psychosocial difficulties, attachment disorders, and neuropsychiatric diagnoses such as ADHD and autism. The children are of school age.

We work with elements of milieu therapy as well as mentalization, which are relevant to the children's difficulties and are based on an appreciative view of humanity.

Working hours

All evening shifts on weekdays are from 13:00 to 22:00.

24-hour shifts on weekdays are from 13:00 to 23:00, as well as a sleeping on-call duty from 23:00 to 07:00; you wake up at 07:00 and have time off at 13:30 the following day.

On weekends or school holidays the evening shift is from 09:00 to 22:00.

The weekend 24-hour shift is from 09:00 to 23:00, as well as a sleeping on-call duty from 23:00 to 07:00; you wake up at 07:00 and have time off at 09:30 the following day.

• We expect that you can take 1-2 shifts per week.
• You must be able to take both evening shifts on weekdays and weekend shifts.

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement with SL.

We hire on an ongoing basis.
