The residents on Park Alle are looking for sweet, funny and skilled hourly-paid temp workers

We are seeking new employees who have experience in helping, supporting and guiding us in our lives with physical (care/support) and mental disabilities.

We want staff who will help us live a dignified life, where we have influence and participation/decision-making.

We want, among other things, that you are willing and have knowledge to work with

• Neuropedagogy.
• Low Arousal.
• Sensorimotor.
• Verbal and nonverbal communication.

We need to be met with a view of humanity based on respect and dignity, where recognition of being seen, heard, understood and accommodated.

Park Allé is a residential facility located in the beautiful town of Skælskør within walking distance of the station and town centre. There is easy access to shopping, activities and social life. There are 20 residents at Park Allé aged 19 to 80.

We want future employees

• have competencies in both pedagogical and health-professional fields
• have knowledge of complex disabilities, physical and mental, including epilepsy and ADHD
• be creative, want development and be involved in professional sparring
• can be initiating and at the same time be the one who helps and supports to ensure that the various tasks are completed
• be active and independent, work with the structure we need, and be able to create an overview of the day’s pedagogical and health-professional tasks

We are a group of residents who need you

• have a focus on professionalism, but also provide opportunities for development, both professionally and personally
• be ready for an individual resident group that sets requirements for engagement, initiative and honesty
• have a focus on collaboration and communication internally and externally

We need you to

• have a category B driving license, as we need to be taken to medical appointments, dentistry and trips out in the blue, etc.
• be able to document in an electronic journal, both regarding the pedagogical and the health-professional work
• be able to take day, primarily evening and preferably night shifts
