We are seeking an educator, preferably 37 hours, for our baby unit starting December 1 or January 1.

A little about us

Ravnsborg is a relatively new day care institution in Køge, which opened in 2023. Therefore we have modern and inviting surroundings with good opportunities for both play, learning and development.

We are a place that aims to balance high professional quality with strong collaboration across the entire institution.

Our pedagogical foundation is based on mentalizing pedagogy, play scripts and a strong focus on democratic formation through our own constitution. In addition, we work purposefully to organize the day in smaller groups so there is space for presence, calm and deepening.

We work systematically with evaluating our practice and believe that curiosity and reflection on one’s own practice are the path to continued development.

We are looking for an educator who

• Thrives on challenging themselves professionally and can give and receive constructive feedback.
• Is curious about their own practice and motivated to participate in targeted development programs, including work with video recordings and other forms of practice data.
• Appreciates a work environment with both humor, camaraderie and a focus on the core task.
• Can plan and implement pedagogical activities with a clear purpose and a thoughtful approach for the children.
• Contributes actively to a strong collegial collaboration.
