About the job

Are you a statutorily authorised podotherapist, and would you like to pass on your professional expertise? Then you could be one of our new colleagues at the Podiatry School.

Roskilde Technical School is seeking three state-authorised podiatrists who want to help educate the next generation of professionally skilled podotherapists. We have increasing student intake and colleagues who are retiring, so we are looking for new talents for our teaching team.

About the job

With us you’ll have a varied everyday life, where you combine your podiatry expertise with teaching, guidance and development. You help students connect theory and practice and develop the skills and professional judgment they need as podotherapists.

Your tasks will include, among others, to

  • plan, deliver and develop practical and theoretical instruction within podiatry
  • guide students and provide feedback on their professional development
  • organise teaching with regard to students’ different prerequisites and learning needs
  • collaborate with colleagues on teaching programmes, materials and professional quality
  • participate in team meetings, pedagogical days and the school’s joint development work.

You will meet students of different ages and from diverse cultural and social backgrounds. Together with your colleagues you must create a learning environment where students are met with clear expectations, professional challenges and support to develop.

About you

You are a state-authorised podotherapist and would like to teach in a vocational education environment. You can contribute within one or more areas of the podiatry discipline and are motivated to develop in the role as a teacher.

We emphasize that you

  • have a solid professional competence and a wish to make your knowledge understandable and applicable to others
  • are good at building relationships and meet students and colleagues with an appreciative and engaged approach
  • are aware that students learn in different ways and can adapt your communication to their prerequisites
  • thrive with varied tasks and take responsibility for planning and follow-up
  • wish to share knowledge and participate in a close, professional team collaboration.

We offer

You will become part of a teaching team that collaborates to create high-quality teaching and good learning conditions for the students. You will have the opportunity to use your professional expertise in new ways and contribute to the development of the teaching.

We provide an introductory programme, which among other things includes a pedagogical introduction to the work as a teacher. In addition we offer training in areas where you have a need, for example in theoretical subjects or in presenting lectures and braces.

Terms of employment and application deadline

The positions are full-time, but a different working time can be agreed. Start date is 1 January 2027 or by agreement . Salary, pension and terms of employment are set according to the agreement between the Ministry of Finance and FOA.

If you want to know more about the positions, you are welcome to contact school principal Mette la Cour Sell on the phone 24 64 09 62 or [email protected] .

Submit your application with CV and relevant documentation no later than Monday 19 November 2026 . Employment interviews will be held with selected applicants by agreement.
