Three IT technicians with Microsoft 365 experience

We are seeking three talented employees for our SIA365 team. The team plays a central role in implementing and driving the transition to Microsoft 365 (M365) in the State.

About the positions

Together with experienced and skilled colleagues you will be tasked with ensuring stable and efficient operation of the M365 environment across the clients of State IT. Your tasks will include troubleshooting and solving technical issues related to the environment, and in addition projects focusing on the implementation of M365 solutions in the coming years will fill a large part of your everyday work.

As the number of customers migrating from on-premise to M365 increases, the need for knowledge sharing and exchanging experiences between teams and colleagues at State IT grows. Together with your colleagues you will be responsible for delivering contributions to ensure that all internal partners are as well equipped as possible to help our customers and users.

Your primary tasks

• Participation in projects and implementation of new solutions
• Daily operation, support and troubleshooting on the Microsoft 365 platform
• Documentation of solutions and IT processes

About you

We are seeking three new colleagues who together can strengthen our M365 environment. We are not looking for three identical profiles, but for three skilled IT professionals who can complement each other and bring their respective strengths into play.

We expect that you have documented experience with implementing and operating M365, as well as a strong understanding of security. Since we want to build a team with a broad range of competencies, we are particularly interested in profiles that have strengths in some of the following areas:

• Security and Governance: (e.g. Azure, Identity, Purview, Defender for Endpoint)
• Automation and Architecture: (e.g. PowerShell, multi-tenant setup)
• Migration and Deployment: (e.g. on-premises to cloud, tenant migration)
• New technologies: (e.g. Copilot and agents)
• Operations and Processes: (e.g. ITIL and ServiceNow)

You do not need to be an expert in all of the above points, as long as you have a solid M365 foundation, meet challenges with positivity, contribute to an engaged working environment and thrive with the adaptability that a cloud-based context in constant development requires.

Employment terms

You will be employed under the applicable collective agreement with the possibility of negotiation depending on qualifications.

It is a condition of employment that you can be security cleared to SECRET and subsequently maintain the security clearance throughout your employment. In connection with the employment, you will be asked to submit a private criminal record, which you can obtain via www.politi.dk, or by appearing in person at your local police station. We will tell you more about this during the recruitment process.

The area of employment is the Ministry of Finance with its associated institutions, currently the Ministry of Finance's department, State Administration, State IT, the Financial Management Agency, as well as the Employee and Competence Agency.
