Titan Demolition – Project Manager/Construction Manager – Zealand

As project manager/contract manager you will be responsible for leading several deconstruction projects simultaneously – with focus on safely managing processes from planning to delivery, always with regard to quality, collaboration and sustainability .

As a subcontractor for main and specialist contractors the company contributes to sustainable construction projects through precise and responsible dismantling and sorting, where the goal is to optimize reuse and minimize waste. You will become a central part of the project management team and report to one of the project managers at the site in Glostrup. Your tasks will include:

• Project management of deconstruction projects
• Resource and schedule planning – including allocation of manpower and other resources
• Participation in budget planning and management of project economics
• Client meetings with main contractors
• Case reviews and preparation of documentation materials
• Preparation of weekly plans and planning of working drawings
• Supervision of construction projects
• Coordination of processes and waste sorting
• Maintaining customer relations

To be successful in the job you have a trades-based education combined with a building construction education, so you have a solid understanding of on-site work. You preferably have a couple of years of experience in project management or contract management – but there is also openness to candidates with the right educational background who wish to develop in the role. You have experience from the construction industry, good IT skills and familiarity with the Office suite.

You also master Danish and English at a high level in both written and spoken form. In addition you have basic IT skills and experience with using the Office suite.

You are presumably based in the Copenhagen area at a reasonable distance to Glostrup. Alternatively, you live in the Aalborg area and wish to work in the Copenhagen area 3 days a week – Titan Nedbrydning will arrange accommodation.

As a person you are characterized by always being on the pulse, and you are good at juggling many balls at once. You are good at keeping an overview and understand the importance of commercial acumen, while having a strong business sense. You act proactively and are always ahead so that the process on the construction site can run smoothly. You are decisive and hands-on, which is why you exude natural authority and persuasiveness that you bring into dialogue with others.
