You land in a larger construction company where carpentry work is part of in-house production. The tasks are mainly in commercial and industrial construction with halls, warehouses, offices and projects for professional builders. There is also residential construction as well as service and renovation in the surrounding area, so you will have a daily routine with both large projects and smaller tasks. The work is in Viborg and surroundings, and there is good coordination and sequencing on site.

The good thing about the role is the breadth. One period you can be on a larger new build, and the next you can take on renovation or dampers. The company car is included, and a driving license is necessary because you need to be able to move between tasks. You will be treated as an experienced professional who can take responsibility and speak up if something doesn’t add up.

What you get Salary: 200-220 DKK per hour

Your daily life

In new build, the day is about making the carpentry work fit into the site sequence. In renovation and service, it’s more about assessing the task, solving it properly and reporting back clearly if something changes. You use the company car between tasks, and you must be able to stay calm when a day takes a turn.

You will, among other things, work with

• Work on new build in commercial and industrial projects
• Solve renovation tasks on existing buildings
• Takes on dampers and service tasks as they come
• Installs doors, windows and building components to measurements
• Performs general carpentry on the construction site

Here, agreements must hold, and there will be close collaboration across trades. If something changes on site, you tell us in good time so the next trade isn’t left waiting.

You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Have at least 5 years of experience as a carpenter
• Can work on commercial and industrial construction
• Are stable and show up as agreed
• Say if something isn’t right

It’s an advantage if you have experience with new build, renovation and service. But the most important thing is that you can take responsibility for your work and keep the agreements on site.
