You land at a larger contractor, where carpentry is part of in-house production. The customers are typically professional clients, businesses and public institutions. There is both carpentry and joinery expertise internally, so you work somewhere where the craft truly fills the daily routine. The tasks range from new builds to maintenance and special assignments, depending on which site you are connected to.

This is for you who want orderly frameworks and tasks with some volume. You must be able to take responsibility for your own work, show up reliably and speak up if something doesn’t add up. Your daily life

The day follows the site and the task you are assigned to. You work according to the agreed sequence, so the other trades can come in, and you keep track of your own portion of the work. When something changes on site, you speak up well in advance instead of letting it grow.

You will among other things work with

• Working on new builds on larger construction projects
• Renovating and remodeling as agreed
• Installing windows and doors to measurement
• Carrying out roofing work when the task requires it
• Handling maintenance and special tasks within the carpentry trade

There is room for people who can take initiative and stand behind what they deliver. It’s not a place where you have to invent everything yourself, but you must be able to work properly within the set boundaries.

You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a carpenter
• Have a driver’s license
• Show up reliably and keep your promises
• Can take responsibility for your own work on site
• Say if something doesn’t add up

It’s an advantage if you have experience with new builds, contracting or larger construction sites. But the most important is that you enjoy a day where proper craftsmanship must be delivered.
