Arabic Interpreter

Are you passionate about making a difference for children and families through linguistic mediation? We are currently seeking an engaged freelance or hourly-paid interpreter who can translate from Danish to Arabic and vice versa.

As an interpreter you will become an important resource in the dialogue between pedagogical staff and parents, ensuring that all children have the best conditions for a secure everyday life. Talsammen.dk is an online interpretation service for institutions.

About the role

You will be engaged as a freelance interpreter for concrete cases and receive assignments as needed.

Requirements

• You speak and write both Danish and Arabic fluently.
• You have experience with or interest in interpretation in an educational/pedagogical context.
• You can convey messages accurately and neutrally between both languages.
• You are punctual, responsible and possess good collaboration skills.
• You are familiar with using online tools, including Talsammen.dk.
• You can maintain an overview in conversations with many details.

• An attractive hourly rate of 199 DKK per hour .
