Employment: Fixed-term · August – December 2026

Hours: 37 hours/week · rotating shift schedule

Shifts: Day shift 08:00–16:00 · Evening shift 14:00–22:00 · Night shift 22:00 – 06:00

Weekend: Saturdays and Sundays included in the rotation (with the above shifts)

Requirements: Valid forklift license — mandatory

Peak season is knocking on the door, and the goods are already starting to flow in through the dock ramp. We need more cheerful hands – people who want to be part of the team when it really counts. And we’re talking a lot of goods.

JOB

As a forklift driver you are one of the ones keeping the warehouse alive. Your primary base is the high-bay racking — this is where you fetch goods down and ensure that picking locations are always stocked before anyone even notices they're running low. You correctly place incoming goods and keep the high-bay area neat and organized so the rest of the team can work efficiently without wasting time on mess and errors. This is not a job that requires you to wait for instructions. It requires you to see what needs to be done yourself — and do it.

YOUR TASKS

Specifically, your day-to-day will look like this

• Replenishment of goods from the high-bay to picking locations — you ensure that pickers never run out
• Placement of incoming goods in the warehouse — correct placement from the start, no errors thereafter
• Cleaning and maintenance of the high-bay — structure is not nice-to-have, it's a requirement

You work at a pace that requires focus. There is always something to get hold of — and we expect you to find it yourself.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Valid forklift license is a requirement — you know that. But what really makes the difference? A person who doesn't sit and wait to be told what to do. Someone who takes ownership. Someone who is stable — not because it's expected, but because they set the standard themselves. Warehouse experience is an advantage. But the right attitude beats experience every time.

• Valid forklift license — without this we cannot proceed
• You are independent, proactive and solve tasks without being asked
• You are reliable and punctual — your colleagues can count on you
• You thrive in physical work and a fast pace
• Experience from warehousing, logistics or production is an advantage
• You communicate in Danish or English at a high level

From August you will jump into our peak season — and it's not a season you can overlook. It’s Coolshop's busiest time of the year, and it's felt throughout the whole building. There are many steps in safety shoes, always something to do, goods in your hands from start to finish and high fives when the team delivers. You will become part of a team that knows each other, supports each other and has a good time together — even when it gets intense.
