Tryllestien is looking for two engaged educators who are passionate about the core mission

To create safe, developing and inclusive learning environments that promote children's well-being, learning, development and formation. We are seeking an educator for our toddler group and one for our kindergarten group. The positions are available from 1/12 and both are 37 hours per week.

We seek 2 educators who are passionate about creating present, developing and secure frameworks for the children, and who thrive in a work environment with high well-being, clear nurturing leadership and a strong collegial community.

If you are motivated and possess the competencies to create increased participation opportunities for all our children through good learning communities, then it might be you we are looking for.

Special for the toddler position: In the toddler group you will have a daily focus on the youngest children's well-being, development and presence. Here we prioritize close and trusting parent collaboration, which is particularly important in the toddler world. You may have experience in the toddler world, but it's not a necessity.

Special for the kindergarten position: You are passionate about working with the older children. You actively participate in the children's role-play, lead from the front, beside and behind, and are the driving force in relation to linguistic development in the children's communities, where you meet the children with curiosity, presence and clarity.

About Tryllestien Tryllestien is a smaller day-care center distributed over two addresses with six rooms and children aged 0-6 years. We have four singly integrated places, which are part of the general learning environment in one house.

We are looking for colleagues who We imagine that you are educated as a pedagogue, but the competencies can also be obtained through other education, relevant experience or a combination thereof. The crucial thing is your overall qualifications in relation to the tasks of the position.

Your new everyday life You will become part of a strong professional community with focus on professionalism and reflection. You will have a fixed staff meeting once a month as well as weekly preparation time for pedagogical work. We develop our practice together and learn from each other in everyday life.

The working hours lie between 6:30 and 17:00. In addition you should expect an evening meeting about once a month from 16:30 to 20:00.

Practical information

• Both positions are 37 hours per week.
• The positions are desired to be filled December 1, 2026 or by agreement.
• Salary and terms follow the current agreement with BUPL. If you are considered for the position, there will – with your consent – be obtained criminal and child-care clearance and with your consent references, which will be included in the assessment of whether to offer employment.
