Two nurses for a permanent position and a maternity leave cover in Team Toftlund

As of January 1, 2027 we are seeking a nurse for a permanent position of 37 hours per week in day and evening shifts. Alternatively day and night shifts. Fewer hours are also an option. The Toftlund Nursing Team covers a geographic area from Agerskov in the south to Toftlund in the north and Arrild in the west to Rangstrup in the east. The nursing team reports in together with the home care service, the dementia coordinator and rehabilitation therapists.

The nursing service in the Municipality of Tønder is in a continuous process of change and development focusing on

• clinical functions in various areas
• increased focus on nursing care at the care centers

In the Municipality of Tønder, we work with the emergency function at a generalist level. This means that all permanently employed nurses must have a diploma module in acute nursing.

Nursing care for the care centers is provided by the individual nursing teams attached to each care center. There is planned weekly attendance at the care centers.
