Two professional leaders for Daycare and sheltered employment

Do you want to help set the direction for Future Daycare and are you eager to be at the heart of professionalism, people, operations and development?

We are strengthening the professional leadership in Daycare services and sheltered employment and are therefore looking for two professional leaders who, together with the head of Daycare services and sheltered employment, will help lead and develop our offerings across Frederikshavn, Sæby and Skagen.

We are also in the midst of shaping Future Daycare and our new common framework. Therefore we are not just looking for a leader who can make everyday life function. We are looking for you who want to help develop, challenge and create something together with employees and citizens.

A leader close to practice

As a professional leader you will be part of the daily management and have a daily life where no two days necessarily look the same.

You will get close to both citizens and employees and must be able to move between professional sparring, citizen-related discussions, employee conversations, collaboration partners and the larger organizational lines. You must be able to keep many balls in the air, prioritize and create structure even when pace is high. At the same time you must be able to lift your gaze and see connections and opportunities.

It is precisely the combination of close leadership, professionalism, operations and development that we are seeking. We want to be a leadership team that complements and challenges each other professionally and together creates clarity and direction.

We are looking for a leader with professional weight

Our target group is broad. We work with adult citizens with various and complex needs and with both activity and social opportunities under the Social Services Act (SEL) § 104 and sheltered employment under SEL § 103. Therefore it is important that you have experience from the specialized social field and can translate your professional knowledge into practice.

You must be curious about what lies behind a citizen's behavior and be able to support employees in working professionally, systematically and with a focus on the individual citizen's resources, possibilities and development.

You must also be willing to be close to professional documentation, follow-up and quality and see the value in documentation becoming a tool for professional reflection and development and not just an administrative task.

• has professional weight in the area and can translate your knowledge into practice
• can create direction and followers through trust, relationships and clear communication

• works in a structured way and follows up on what you start
• can handle both operations, personnel, professional development and strategic tasks

Who are we?

Daycare services and sheltered employment are part of Specialized Daycare in the Center for Handicap and Psychiatry in Frederikshavn Municipality.

We have offerings in Frederikshavn, Sæby and Skagen spread across four sites and work with adult citizens with various functional disabilities and support needs. We offer activities and social opportunities under the Social Services Act § 104 and sheltered employment under § 103.

We are many skilled employees with different professional backgrounds and a wide variety of tasks. It creates a meaningful daily life and requires us to collaborate, help each other and raise our eyes from the individual site.

You must have a driving license and the ability to use your own car, as the job involves weekly presence at our various offerings around the municipality.
