About our team

Welcome to Nordea Market Area Horsens. We live for great customer experiences for both new and existing customers. As a Senior Financial Advisor you play an important role in meeting our customers at eye level and giving the full experience of Nordea's value proposition.

You will become part of a strong and experienced team where job satisfaction, development and collaboration are at the forefront. The team consists of 14 advisors, 3 customer associates and 3 in training. We are located in Horsens, Odder and Skanderborg, where you will be part of a large well-functioning team, where we emphasize helping each other to achieve good results and have a high activity level in the branch, including a good social environment.

What you will work with

You will be part of the Horsens market area where we place emphasis on creating value for our customers. We want to give them more than they expect and we use our experience to provide holistic advice. We place a lot of emphasis on ensuring that you as a financial advisor have a daily life where you work with what you are most passionate about, and where you are provided with tools that help develop your competencies. You will take responsibility for an attractive customer portfolio, where you will have the opportunity to create world-class customer experiences.

Main responsibilities in this position

• Attractive customer portfolio – you will advise some of the bank's best customers with a high level of complexity
• Personal lending authority – you will have your own lending framework and can independently make decisions
• Personal development goals – Personal development is a natural part of our daily life as an employee in Nordea and you will have your own development plan
