About the job

Would you like to work as a respiratory helper in a fixed team, and do you want to make a difference? Then it might be you we are looking for!

Job description The job as a respiratory helper on this team takes place in the citizen's own home. The citizen has ALS, a Trilogy Evo ventilator and uses a wheelchair. He lives together with his wife.

We handle the respiratory monitoring.

This is a position of 24 hours per week. It is 12-hour shifts, mostly day shifts, though occasional night shifts may occur.

Start-up will be as soon as possible.

Experience with respiratory monitoring is not a requirement. You will receive thorough on-the-job training for 60 hours from your upcoming colleagues on the team as well as a course day at the respiration center. You will therefore be in safe hands and be trained as a respiratory helper.

You will have a permanent team leader from Carelink who will be your daily sparring partner when you have questions. There will also always be an option to contact a 24/7 hotline if you need urgent help.

In addition, we ensure that your professional competences are maintained and updated through our ongoing course offerings.

We can offer you

  • 12-hour shifts
  • fixed place of work
  • holiday in accordance with the Holiday Act
  • sick pay
  • attractive pension scheme
  • notice period
  • wages and pension in accordance with the National Collective Agreement for handicapped help in the citizen's own home (minus BPA), entered into between FOA and Danish Industry

What do we expect from you?

  • You are unskilled and want to make a difference
  • You are patient
  • You want to work with respiratory monitoring
  • You have a robust and determined character
  • You are caring and responsible
  • You are respectful in your relationships and towards your surroundings
  • You treat everyone with dignity and equality
  • You can work independently and feel confident making your own decisions
  • You are flexible and have good teamwork skills

You manage to create safe frames and be present, while also sensing when the citizen needs a listening ear, a helping hand or something else entirely. Good care is found in the details.

And it is a plus if you are also cheerful and full of energy and can spread good and positive energy in your own and others' daily life.

Do you want to help bring Carelink's core values to life? Can you see yourself as part of an organization with hearts and values in the right place? Do you, like us, burn to create the framework for the best possible life for everyone in need of our help?

We respect each other, we find solutions, and we do it properly.

So hurry to the keyboards and send us an application.

We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis.
