Job tasks

• Pre-treatment: Preparation of parts through e.g. degreasing, blasting, grinding or machine cleaning to ensure optimal adhesion
• Surface treatment: Application of varnish, paint, powder coating or other protective coatings using a spray gun, setup or manual tools
• Quality assurance: Ongoing checks of layer thickness, surface quality and finish in accordance with applicable specifications and standards
• Preparation and maintenance: Mixing of materials, setup and daily cleaning and maintenance of spray equipment and application systems
• Logistics and handling: Safe loading and unloading of parts and proper handling of finished products without damage

Professional qualifications

• You have relevant experience with surface treatment, industrial coating or a craft background with a flair for high-quality finish work
• You have a good technical understanding and are used to working meticulously with chemicals, paints or lacquer products
• You can read and understand technical specifications and working drawings
