We are looking for a cleaning supervisor at APW Cleaning with a focus on operations, customers and sales

Do you have experience with cleaning or service, are you good at talking to customers, and do you enjoy making things work in everyday life?

We are looking for a cleaning supervisor who can help keep track of our existing customers and cleaning tasks, follow up on quality and help acquire new customers.

You will have a varied everyday life with practical tasks, customer contact, planning and sales. We are a company where there is little distance from idea to action, and where we help each other to make everyday life run smoothly.

Your tasks

Daily operations and customer contact

• Ensure that our cleaning tasks are carried out as agreed.
• Follow up on quality and ensure that customers are satisfied.
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers and handle questions and any issues.
• Plan and coordinate cleaning tasks.
• Help find solutions when changes or challenges arise in daily operations.

Sales and new customers

• Contact potential customers and follow up on new opportunities.
• Arrange customer meetings and discuss their needs.
• Prepare proposals and follow up on them.
• Maintain good customer relationships and help get new agreements in place.

Practical coordination

• Help ensure the daily planning comes together.
• Contribute to good routines and stable quality in the work.
• Help improve workflows when needed.

Who are you?

• Have experience with cleaning, service, customer contact or sales.
• Are good at talking to people and building trust with customers.
• Want to contact new customers and follow up on offers.
• Work independently and can juggle several tasks at once.
• Are practical and good at finding solutions.
• Take responsibility and follow tasks through.

You don't need to know everything from the start. The most important thing is that you have initiative, are service-minded and eager to take responsibility for daily operations and help acquire new customers.
