Become part of Bowl´n´Fun & Maximum

Bowl´n´Fun & Maximum is Denmark's largest bowling- and amusement-chain with 20 centers. All centers have a restaurant, The Grill, and several can offer Laser Hero, Escape Room and Happie´s playland. You create a good relationship with the guests, and together with the team in the center, you ensure that you always have happy and satisfied guests. You lead, motivate and inspire your colleagues and, most importantly - you are a good role model.

You must be present and visible outward

As chief host you will lead from the front and have the responsibility on your shift. You must therefore have a good overview and a structured approach to your tasks. You must be present in the center, so guests know your face. Therefore it is important that you are service-minded, smiling and welcoming. You should take pride in ensuring guests receive a service so that we become their "top of mind" when choosing a dining and entertainment venue.

As chief host you shall

• Ensure that guests receive the absolute best experience
• Check guests in and close out bills
• You shall service our guests in the bar, at the lanes and in the restaurant.
• Be part of ensuring good welfare and a good working environment in the center
• Be part of training new employees
• Be ready to lead from the front and be visible, both to other employees and guests in the center
• Open and close the center
• Ad Hoc tasks

About you

• You have previously been used to having responsibility, preferably from the restaurant or service industry
• You are not afraid to take responsibility and lead from the front
• You are independent
• You are the top seller who puts guests at the center
• You have an overview and the ability to stay calm when things get fast
• You like working in a team
• You are flexible and step in when needed
• You value a varied workday with shifting hours and weekend shifts

This is a part-time position of 20-25 hours per week with the possibility of more hours in peak season. There is also the possibility to have the job as a student job; this can be further agreed at the interview.
