What will you do?

You will be employed in a claims department in the unit “Liability, Property,” where we handle a wide range of liability claims on property. You will have the opportunity to train and use your legal skills in the area of tort and insurance law. We are here first and foremost for the customers, and therefore you must really be passionate about helping and guiding customers and the injured – both by phone and in writing.

You will be responsible for your own claims files and the goal is to give customers and the injured a professional, secure and present experience while handling their claim. We of course ensure that you receive good and thorough training and support, so you can confidently lean into the tasks you will solve in the job. You will become part of a truly wonderful claims department, which currently consists of 29 colleagues of all ages.

We imagine that you...

• are studying law (or similar) and you have at least 2-3 years left of your studies.
• enjoy making a difference for others
• are professional and service-minded in your approach to colleagues, customers, tasks and challenges
• work in a structured, independent and efficient way
• are curious about and good at using AI relevant to task solving
• emit good energy to your surroundings
• write and speak clearly and correctly
• have previously had a student job, perhaps even with phone handling/customer service
• can work about 15-20 hours on average per week

Our students have the opportunity to arrange their own working hours and we have great understanding that it can sometimes be difficult, for example to balance exam preparation and 15-20 hours at work. In busy periods you can therefore work a little less, in exchange for putting in extra effort at another time. The flexibility is mutual – just like the trust.
