In the Intensive Care Ward you will be part of a dedicated team, where we work closely together to create safe and professional patient pathways. We prioritize professional sparring, cross-disciplinary collaboration and competence development, because we know that we achieve the best results together.

We have eight intensive beds, where we admit patients of all ages from many different specialties. Our work ranges from fundamental nursing to highly specialized treatment pathways, always with the patient and their relatives at the center. Fundamentals of Care are an integrated part of our clinical practice and are actively used for reflection and development of nursing for the benefit of the patients.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed nurse with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with Intensive Care specialization training
• Has an interest in intensive nursing and a desire for professional development
• Is robust, independent and able to maintain overview in complex situations
• Has good collaboration and communication skills
• Can work in all three shift types

We have a responsible nursing education leader who, in collaboration with management, mentors and intensive course instructors, ensures a strong educational environment. Quality work is led by three specialty heads and a clinical nursing specialist, while two clinical coordinators ensure the daily operations. The daily leadership consists of a chief nurse and a leading chief physician.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement in the field.

With reference to the Child Certificate Act in connection with employment of staff, a child certificate will be obtained in connection with potential employment.
