We are seeking an engaged employee who wants to make a positive difference in the daily lives of the young. You will become an important part of an offering where relationships, community, presence and development are at the center. Your task will primarily be to be a part of our KLUB offer, but with the possibility of hours during the day in the STU offer at Lundevej & Elmegade.

About the job In the KLUB offer you meet young people with different needs, resources and dreams. Your task is to contribute to a meaningful and inclusive everyday life, where the young feel seen, heard and taken seriously. The target group is young people with mental health challenges and physical disabilities and handicap. Students who need care, assistance, support and guidance to cope with everyday life.

You will help create activities, community and good experiences – while you can support the individual young person in finding calm, overview and structure – and create a framework where the young people learn to take initiative to contact and socialise with the other young people in their free time.

Working hours will mainly be in the time frame from 12:00 - 16:00, 13:00 - 19:00 but with the possibility for tasks and hours in our STU offer -offer from 8:00 - 16:00.

We are looking for you who

• are educated as a pedagogue, pedagogical assistant or social- and health assistant – or have experience as a pedagogue assistant
• can handle caregiving tasks, are engaged, present and academically curious
• are good at communicating clearly and working with alternative communication forms
• have positive energy and a desire to initiate activities and communities
• can reflect on your own practice and are open to professional sparring
• can work with clear frameworks, structure and recognizable routines
• are a clear, stable and responsible role model.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary follows the collective agreement norms and the expected salary range is 23,000 - 32,000 DKK depending on educational background and experience.
