Maybe you are a recent graduate and full of questions and ideas.

Maybe you have many years of experience and a desire to put your professional knowledge to use in new ways.

Maybe you dream of a workplace where there is room for professional ambitions, collegial care and a good dose of humor in everyday life.

We are seeking two pedagogs who want to become part of a strong collegial community, where we support each other, prioritise professionalism and always keep our focus on our most important task: The Children.

We believe that different experiences and perspectives strengthen our community. The most important is not how long you have been a pedagogue, but how you meet the children, your colleagues and the shared task.

We are not looking for someone who can do it all from day one. We are looking for a pedagogue who wants to be part of a community where we develop together.

A pedagogue for the toddler group You should help create safe, present and developing frames for our youngest children in one of the four toddler groups, where care, relationships, senses, curiosity and the first communities are central.

A pedagogue for the kindergarten You should help create playful, inspiring and inclusive environments, in one of the four kindergarten groups, where the children can explore the world, develop their relationships and experience the joy of being part of a community.

In both positions you will become part of a professional community where we together explore, develop and qualify our pedagogical practice.

We have a high proportion of educated staff and some highly skilled pedagogical assistants who contribute to our shared task every day.

We must play even more and become even wiser about the importance of play! At Vindinge Børnehus we are facing an exciting professional development. We are starting a project with PLAY, where we especially focus on play and its importance for children's well-being, development and communities.

We want to become even clearer about the difference between play environments and learning environments, and how we as pedagogical staff create the best conditions for both.

For us, play is not just something that happens between daily activities. Play has value in itself and is an important part of children's lives. Through play relationships arise, new perspectives, immersion, imagination and opportunities to become part of the community.

We will therefore examine our own practice with curiosity and courage to ask questions.

How do we create play environments where children have room to explore, immerse themselves and follow their own initiatives?

How do we design and develop learning environments that support children's participation opportunities and development?

And how do we ensure that our choices and actions are based on what the children actually need?
