Volvo Personal Service Technician (VPS) for Bjarne Nielsen in Holbæk

For our car house in Holbæk we are looking for a sharp and preferably experienced mechanic for our Volvo workshop. You will exclusively handle cars from Volvo (and Polestar), and you will be a Volvo Personal Service Technician, which is also called VPS technician and is Volvo's concept for the workshop.

This means, among other things, that the contact between the customer and you as the mechanic is very direct. You follow the customer from the first contact and until the handover of the car. Therefore, it is important that you, in addition to being skilled in the workshop, are also approachable and service-minded towards our customers.

The daily work includes among other things

• Repairs on Volvo passenger cars
• Mechanical preparation of new and newer used Volvo passenger cars
• Installation of equipment
• Video walkthroughs of the cars to the customers
• Invoicing of customer tasks

Who are you? It is a requirement that you are a trained mechanic, and it is of course a plus if you have experience with Volvo. It may also be that you have experience from an authorized workshop, but the most important thing is actually that you have a high level of service and enjoy customer contact.

We imagine that you

• Are a trained mechanic - preferably with experience from a Volvo workshop or authorized workshop
• Can work independently and are comfortable with customer contact
• Are a proficient IT user and have good experience with “testers” as well as electrical and diagnostic equipment
• Find joy and pride in well-executed work
