We are looking for a warehouse and logistics assistant for picking and packing in Aarhus.

You’ll land in a day-to-day warehouse environment where goods for both private individuals and businesses must be moved on quickly and properly. There are both warehouse and office surroundings around you, so you’ll become part of a place where the order doesn’t stop at the shelf. Customers expect fast delivery or collection, and that requires the warehouse to run from receipt to shipment.

The role is for you who enjoy keeping your hands on the goods while staying calm when several orders are in progress. You won’t stand around waiting for the day to pass. You take action, keep track of the details, and speak up if something doesn’t add up.

What you’ll get Salary: 175-195 DKK per hour

Work area: Aarhus and surroundings

Colleagues: About 25 employees

Union: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we’re looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term assignments.

Everyday tasks: Picking, packing and goods receipt

Your everyday The day revolves around orders, goods coming in and goods going out. You pick by order, pack the item so it can withstand transport, and prepare shipments for collection. When goods arrive, you help receive, count and place them in the right spot.

You will, among other things, work with

• Preparing shipments for departure
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Receiving goods and placing them in their proper place
• Keeping the warehouse organized so the next order is easy to find
• Assisting with stock replenishment and simple counting

It’s a practical role where small mistakes can cost time later in the day. Therefore the job suits you best if you work steadily, take initiative and would rather ask one time too many than send something wrong.

We’re looking for someone who can check most boxes You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

• Have experience from warehousing, logistics or picking and packing
• Are reliable and show up as agreed
• Can keep things in order, even when it’s busy
• Take action without needing to be prompted all the time
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up

It’s helpful if you have worked with goods reception or shipping before. But the most important thing is that you enjoy a daily routine where tempo and order go hand in hand.
