We are looking for a warehouse and logistics employee in Silkeborg.

You land in a food production environment, where the warehouse is closely linked to production, packaging and delivery. Here you work with products for retail, foodservice and bakery, so order and pace matter in everyday life. The team is not very large, and you will be an important part of the flow around picking, packing, counting and warehouse management.

The special thing about the role is that warehouse work is not just about moving goods from A to B. Quality, safety and order must sit in the hands, because production works with food and clear hygiene requirements. Everyday: Picking, packing, counting and order

Your everyday The day is built around picking, packing, warehouse management and counting. You keep track of the goods, follow up on stock and ensure that the area is tidy, so production can continue without unnecessary stops.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Picking and packing goods for further production or delivery
• Keeping track of warehouse stock and counting
• Ensuring quality, safety and order in the warehouse
• Receiving inspection and goods handover
• Inventory counting and warehouse replenishment

When something does not add up in the warehouse, you speak up in time. It’s the kind of everyday where small errors can be felt quickly, so there is a need for a person who works calmly, precisely and with stable reliability.

We are looking for you who can check off most boxes You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience from warehousing or logistics
• Are accustomed to picking, packing and counting
• Can keep order and follow fixed routines
• Show up reliably and get stuck in
• Speak up if something is not right

It is advantageous if you have experience from food production or a warehouse with clear requirements for safety and order. But the most important is that you work thoroughly and can maintain an overview, even when the day gets busy.
