We are seeking a warehouse and logistics employee for dispatch in Randers NV.

You land in a warehouse where items from online orders must be found, packed and sent on to customers without messing up the sequence. The goods are sold online and delivered directly to the door, so shipping and put-away are not side tasks, but an important part of the business. The team isn’t huge, but there are enough people around you so that everyday life requires cooperation and clear agreements.

You will have a role where you handle both shipping, put-away and internal transport. A driving license is required, and you must be up for a physical warehouse day with pace. The company car is part of the package, but the job is primarily about making the warehouse run smoothly.

Your everyday

A typical day is about gaining an overview of which goods need to be sent and what needs to go into the warehouse. You pack shipments, put items in place and move things internally, so the next order does not stall. When it’s busy, it’s about keeping a cool head and getting the right goods onward in the right order.

You will, among other things, work with

• Prepare dispatches and package goods for shipment
• Put away goods and keep locations up to date
• Move goods internally in the warehouse
• Receive goods and assist with goods intake
• Count and fill the warehouse

It suits you well if you like the warehouse to have pace but still be orderly. When a shipment is ready, it must be ready for real – not almost.

We are looking for someone who can tick most boxes

You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Have experience from warehouse, logistics or dispatch
• Are stable and punctual
• Can keep things organized, even when busy
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up

It’s an advantage if you’ve tried a warehouse day before. But the most important is that you can take hold and work properly with the goods you have between your hands.
