Warehouse Worker for Exodraft Energy A/S

Do you want to be responsible for ensuring our warehouses operate efficiently and are ready to support our service and installation business?

At Exodraft Energy A/S in Vejle we are looking for an engaged and structured warehouse worker who will play a central role in the daily operations and development of our warehouses.

Today we have several warehouses that support different parts of the business – including installation warehouse, automation warehouse and service warehouse. The service warehouse is distributed across two geographical locations and two CVR numbers. You will therefore have an important role in creating structure, oversight and efficient warehouse operations across the organization.

An important piece in our service business

As a warehouse worker you will be an important part of our service organization. When our service technicians have to go out to customers, it is essential that the right spare parts and materials are available, and that the inventory is correct.

You will therefore have a daily routine where you work practically with the warehouse and administratively ensure that our warehouse data and purchasing are up to date.

Your primary tasks will include, among others

• Picking and issuing goods and spare parts
• Receiving and inspecting goods
• Creation and maintenance of item master data
• Creating purchase orders
• Inventory counts and ongoing warehouse control
• Ensuring correct stock levels across locations
• Structuring and maintaining the warehouse
• Coordinating the flow of goods between our different locations
• Handling goods for our service technicians and other colleagues
• Continual optimization of our warehouse processes and workflows

You will have a high degree of independence in the role, and we therefore expect you to take ownership of your tasks and to want to help develop how we run the warehouse.

Who are you?

We imagine that you have experience from a warehouse function, ideally where you have had responsibility for more than just picking and packing.

You work in a structured way and have a good eye for detail. You also understand that a warehouse is not only about moving goods – it is about creating an efficient flow, keeping track of stock levels and ensuring that the rest of the organization can rely on the information in the system.

• Want to find smarter and more efficient ways to do things

We work with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and experience with NAV or a similar ERP system is therefore an advantage. The most important thing, however, is that you have a flair for IT systems and a willingness to learn.
